An adventure with Mothra - pt. 1
I have been wanting to run one of my Mothra Tamagotchi's for a while now, but have just not had time due to work and other obligations. When I was at a Barns and Noble the other day, I discovered they now sell blind bags with cases that fit the original style Tamagotchi. While I do have a handful of the 90's style cases, I dislike using them because of the difficulty of seeing the screen through the coloured plastic, so one thing led to another and I ended up with a pile of new cases that mostly match my Mothra collection. Of course, with shiny new cases for them that of course meant it was time to run them again and finally attempt to get Moll and Lora on one of them.
Blue Shell #1
On Thursday after work, I decided it was finally time to start working toward the long goal of the Fairy Twins. I thought I missed one of the Justice Calls on this device on Friday night but ended up getting the last call right before bed on Saturday. This is my most ran Mothra Tamagotchi, and used to live in a blue 90's case on my bag years ago.

I did not keep track of anything Thursday...but nothing of note happened as she evolved into the Lavra stage from Baby right before bedtime.

I wanted to run her more on Friday, however due to how busy I was at work the only option I had was to pause her, and due to setting up the other two, having all three screaming while at dinner was not really ideal.

This day was overall pretty chill. Both of the Justice calls happened when I was out of the room, almost as if she knew I was distracted.

Green Shell
The second one to get batteries, I waited until work on Friday to start her as I would have more time to run multiple Tamagotchi with a higher chance of them all surviving. I am debating going with Godzilla on this one, but have yet to fully decide but still have quite a bit of time to decide.

Translucent Blue Shell
My favorite shell from the Mothra Tamagotchi. While the others have been ran before this is actually the first time I have ever used the device, outside of taking a few photos of it. I guess this colourway is pretty hard to come by these days, as only a couple thousand were made and they were only sold through a lottery[1], so this one will likely be paused a lot due to the fact it will not be leaving my house. I am debating making Leo immortal after getting her due to pausing will make it very hard to get Moll and Lora without the batteries dying first.

I was originally only going to run three, but then I found a nano that still had batteries and the pull tab in it. I took it as a sign from Mothra herself to run all four at the same time and see where things lead to, which gives me an extra chance to actually get Moll and Lora.
